Natural Approaches is a team of driven alternative medicine and complementary healthcare practitioners. We draw on our collective knowledge, experience, and expertise in holistic health to help people restore and establish radiant health and wellbeing through diet, therapeutic and lifestyle interventions.

We provide consultations, personalised nutrition, recommend supplements (nutraceutical prescription), Biomagnetic Pair therapy, personalised dietary therapy, product selling (Ebooks etc) on the websiteand self paced programmes that can be purchased and undertaken independently.

Our approach is to fix the root cause which is why we try to get as much information prior to and during the consultations. Hence we will securely take a full case history and review any recent diagnostic results and doctor’s reports, if available. We may also carry out tongue analysis or review an iris scan and carry out other physical examination, if the consultation is face to face.

We focus on educating individuals on making choices that prevent illness and enhance physical and mental well being.
